• The exclusive discounts and valuable savings are limited to the Cardholder only
  
• Your Card may be used daily at participating merchants during normal business hours
  
• Your Card entitles you to take part in discounts and specials offered at participating establishments, unless stated otherwise
  
• Your Card is valid for the duration of the calendar year indicated on the front left side of your Card
  
• The Card’s applicable discounts and offers are not to be combined with any other offer, unless stated otherwise
  
• Sale items and other promotions are always excluded, unless stated otherwise
  
• Present your Card before the completion of the sale to prevent the merchant from having to void or rewrite your receipt
  
• In the event that a participating restaurant or specialty store refuses to honor your Card for any reason, please contact us at: 718-859-0229 or bkperks@allaboutbrooklyn.com
  
• Neither All About Brooklyn Concierge nor the participating establishments are responsible for lost, mutilated, or stolen Cards
  
• Cards will not be replaced free of charge. A replacement fee will be charged.
  
• The Card and its privileges are not transferable and should only be used by the Cardholder
  
• Contact the participating Vendor directly to clarify and discount/offer listed on the All About Brooklyn Concierge website.
• All About Brooklyn Concierge waives all liability for any situations or issues you encounter at any participating establishments; they are to be dealt directly with the establishement's owner, manager, employee, etc.
